Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with European Union regulations on distance selling, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalty. To exercise this right, contact us at arganoilashop@gmail.com with your order number. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

Exception — Unsealed Cosmetic Products

In accordance with Article 16 of European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, including our hair oils and hair care products. We recommend checking the product without breaking the seal before deciding whether to keep it.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unsealed, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item received is defective or does not match your order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return shipment.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos: we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
